Dryer vents should be cleaned annually to ensure proper ventilation of debris, improve the longevity of your dryer and more importantly, to reduce the risk of a fire due to buildup.
Air Ducts should be cleaned once at new construction and then every 4 to 5 years for every 4 to 5 years following.
Blake's Quality Air uses the negative air process. A Negative Air machine uses ducting to remove contaminated air from a sealed containment area. The filtered air is exhausted outside of the containment area. This creates negative air pressure (a vacuum effect), which helps limit the spread of contaminants to other areas inside the structure. Once this process is complete the entire unit is sanitized with an EPA registered product.
